CSE News : NPOLY got SEC's consent on Right issue [Nov 19 2008 9:51AM]

National Polyner Inds Ltd. got SEC consent for issuance of 5,36,000 right shs of Tk. 100 each at an issue price of Tk.350 per share(including a premium of Tk.250 each) amounting Tk.18,76,00,000 only at a ratio of 2:1, i.e. two Right shs for one share.
