Recommendation of Dividend of AFAUT [Nov 12 2008 1:33PM]
Aftab Automobiles Ltd has recommended 25% Stock dividend for the year ended 31 Aug '08. The Board of Directors has also decided to hold an EGM to pass a special resolution to increase the Authorized capital of ordinary shares of the co.from Tk. 40 crore to Tk. 70 crore subject to approval of EGM and preference share will remain same i.e. 20 crore. AGM and EGM will be held on 28 Dec '08 at 10 am. Record Date is on 3 Dec '08.Time & Venue of AGM and EGM will be notified later.(News received at 13:31 pm on 12 Nov'08).There will be no price limit tomorrow on the trading of shs of the co.following its corporate disclosure.The scrip will be revoked at 13:35.
