Beximco Ltd has informed that SEC has given consent to Beximco Ltd. (Transferee company) to issue 1,32,50,000 ordinary shares of Tk. 10/- each at par in course of amalgamation of the company with Shinepukur Holdings Ltd. and Beximco Fisheries Ltd. (Transferor companies) with Beximco Ltd. (Transferee company). Based on aforesaid consent, Beximco Ltd. has exchanged and credited/allotted 1,32,50,000 ordinary shares of Tk. 10/- each at par to the shareholders of Shinepukur Holdings Ltd. and Beximco Fisheries Ltd. on 3rd November, 2008.
